Penetration testing that finds your weak points before attackers do.

Feeling protected and being protected are not the same thing. efex Cyber Vigilance attacks your network the way a criminal would, shows which weaknesses could actually be used against you, and gives leadership and IT clear reports within 48 hours.

01 // Why test

Knowing a weakness exists is not the same as knowing what it exposes.

A vulnerability scan lists known weaknesses. A penetration test goes further: it tries to use them the way an attacker would, so you can see how far someone could get and what they could reach.

Traditional manual testing can be expensive and is often done once a year, while your systems change every week. Automated testing lets you test more often, at a lower cost, and check that fixes have worked.

In CyberCX's own security testing, nearly one in three assessments still finds a severe vulnerability.

02 // What changes

What changes when you test

Know your real exposure, not your assumed one.

Automated testing uses real-world attack techniques against your network and shows how far an attacker could get and what they could reach.

Fix what matters first.

Findings are ranked by risk, so your team spends its time on the weaknesses that would do the most damage, not on the longest list.

Proof the gaps are closed.

Test again after each fix, or on a regular cycle, so you can show the risk has gone rather than assume it has.

Evidence when your board, clients or insurer ask.

Executive and technical reports within 48 hours give you evidence that your defences have been tested.

03 // What you get

Findings your board and your IT team can both act on

For leadership

  • A clear summary of your current exposures and risks
  • The issues that matter most, in priority order
  • Evidence of testing to share with your board, clients or insurer

For your IT team

  • Technical detail on each vulnerability found
  • How each weakness could be used in an attack
  • What to fix, so you can retest and confirm
04 // Who it's for

Built for organisations without an in-house testing team

Cyber Vigilance gives you the equivalent of a team of certified penetration testers without the need for in-house specialists. It suits any size of organisation, and gives you testing evidence when clients, insurers or auditors ask for it.

Already on Managed Cyber Premium or Apex? Quarterly penetration testing is available as an add-on to your plan.
