3. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
The following people cannot enter: employees of efex and their Immediate Family members; employees of Mummu and their Immediate Family members; and any other person involved in conducting or promoting the Promotion, whether as principal, agent or employee.
If you work in the public sector, education or another organisation with rules on gifts, hospitality or conflicts of interest, you are responsible for making sure that entering and accepting the Prize is allowed under those rules.
efex may ask any entrant or the winner for proof of identity, age and residential address. If you do not provide proof that satisfies efex within the time requested, your entry may be ruled invalid.
4. How to enter
To enter, during the Promotion Period visit https://it.efex.com.au/winatrip/, complete the online entry form (including your personal details), agree to the efex privacy policy and submit the form.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. You may incur your usual internet access costs.
Limit of one entry per person under clause 4.1, plus up to three bonus entries under clause 4.6, to a maximum of four entries per person. Only your first valid entry under clause 4.1 counts. Later entries by the same person under clause 4.1, including entries using a different email address, are invalid.
Entries must be submitted by you personally. Entries made by automated means, by a third party, in bulk, or that are incomplete, illegible or contain false information are invalid.
An entry is taken to be received when it is recorded in efex's entry database, not when it is sent. efex is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of a technical problem, unless that problem is caused by efex's negligence.
Bonus entries: an entrant who has made a valid entry under clause 4.1 may receive one bonus entry for each of the following free activities they complete during the Promotion Period, using the same email address as their original entry:
- (a)completing the efex cyber checklist at https://it.efex.com.au/protect/check;
- (b)completing the efex IT Tech Check, a short checklist of your business's IT needs, at https://it.efex.com.au/protect/ittechcheck; and
- (c)attending a free introductory call with an efex team member (about 15 minutes), booked by 5:00pm AEDT Friday 22 January 2027 at https://it.efex.com.au/protect/introcall and held by 5:00pm AEDT Friday 29 January 2027.
Each bonus activity earns a bonus entry once only. The maximum is four entries per person: one entry under clause 4.1 and three bonus entries. Bonus activities are free and no purchase is necessary. You do not need to complete any bonus activity to enter or to win.
A bonus entry is awarded for completing an activity, not for any answer, score or outcome. It is recorded against your original entry once efex confirms the activity is complete, and has the same chance of being drawn as any other entry. Activities completed after the Promotion Period closes do not earn a bonus entry.
The introductory call is a conversation to understand your business's IT and cyber security needs and to explain efex's services. There is no obligation to buy anything. Calls must be booked by 5:00pm AEDT Friday 22 January 2027 and held by 5:00pm AEDT Friday 29 January 2027. If the entrant does not attend their booked call, no bonus entry is awarded for that activity. efex will award the bonus entry if it cancels a booked call and cannot reschedule it before 5:00pm AEDT Friday 29 January 2027.
5. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 9:00am AEDT Tuesday 1 December 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT Sunday 31 January 2027. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.
6. The draw
The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT Tuesday 2 February 2027 at Level 4, 50 Margaret St, Sydney NSW 2000.
The winner will be selected from all valid entries by a random number generator. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being drawn.
The draw, and every unclaimed prize draw, will be conducted by efex staff in the presence of an independent scrutineer and recorded.
Entrants do not need to attend the draw.
7. Winner notification
efex will notify the winner by phone and by email within 2 Business Days of the draw (that is, by Thursday 4 February 2027).
The email is the winner's written notice. It will describe the Prize, explain how to claim it and explain how it will be delivered.
efex is not responsible if the winner cannot be contacted because their contact details are incorrect or out of date.
8. Claiming the Prize
To claim the Prize, the winner must, by 11:59pm AEDT Tuesday 16 February 2027:
- (a)accept the Prize in writing (email is enough); and
- (b)provide any proof of identity, age or residential address requested under clause 3.4.
If the winner does not meet clause 8.1 by the claim deadline, or tells efex they do not accept the Prize, the winner forfeits the Prize and it will be redrawn under clause 9.
After claiming the Prize, the winner chooses and books the Trip with Mummu as set out in clause 12.
9. Unclaimed prize draw
If the Prize is forfeited or unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT Wednesday 17 February 2027 at Level 4, 50 Margaret St, Sydney NSW 2000, in the same way as the original draw.
efex will notify the redrawn winner by phone and by email within 2 Business Days of the unclaimed prize draw.
The redrawn winner must claim the Prize in the way set out in clause 8.1 by 11:59pm AEDT Wednesday 3 March 2027, or the Prize is forfeited.
If the redrawn winner forfeits the Prize, a further unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT Thursday 4 March 2027 at the same address and in the same way. That winner must claim the Prize in the way set out in clause 8.1 by 11:59pm AEDT Thursday 18 March 2027. If the Prize is still not claimed, efex will deal with it as directed by the relevant regulators.
If the Prize cannot be awarded, efex will publish that information in the places listed in clause 10.1.
10. Publishing the winner
The winner's first initial, surname and postcode will be published on efex social media and on the Promotion's terms and conditions page at it.efex.com.au/winatrip/terms by 3 March 2027, and will remain published for at least 28 days.
If an unclaimed prize draw takes place, the redrawn winner's first initial, surname and postcode will be published in the same places within 5 Business Days of the redrawn winner confirming their claim, and no later than 1 April 2027.
As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity about the Promotion, which may include photographs, video and a short interview, at times and places reasonably agreed with efex. The winner consents to efex using their name, image and comments in connection with the Promotion and efex’s marketing for 12 months after the draw, without further payment. The Guest’s participation in any publicity is optional and requires the Guest’s prior written consent.
11. The Prize
There is one Prize, for two people (the winner and one Guest). It is made up of:
- (a)a Mummu travel package credit valued at $36,000 including GST, to be used for one European cycling trip for the winner and one Guest, chosen by the winner from Mummu's eligible available range. The $36,000 travel package value includes return flights for the winner and Guest, accommodation included as part of the winner's chosen Mummu package, and the other inclusions Mummu lists for that chosen package at the time the booking is confirmed; and
- (b)$1,000 spending money.
The total prize value is $37,000 including GST, made up of a Mummu travel package credit of $36,000 including GST and $1,000 spending money.
If the Trip the winner chooses costs less than $36,000 including GST, the difference is not paid to the winner in cash, credit, vouchers or any other form, and is forfeited. This does not affect the $1,000 spending money.
If the winner chooses a Trip that costs more than $36,000 including GST, the winner must pay the difference directly to Mummu before the Trip is booked.
efex will pay the $1,000 spending money to the winner by electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account in the winner's name, within the time in clause 13.1.
The Prize does not include:
- (a)transfers, parking and any other transport not expressly included in the winner's chosen Mummu package or the return flights included under clause 11;
- (b)travel insurance, which is mandatory and at the winner's and Guest's own cost;
- (c)passports, visas and any other travel authorisations;
- (d)meals, drinks, activities and any other items not listed as included for the Trip;
- (e)personal spending money beyond the $1,000 in clause 11.5;
- (f)travel between home and the airport; and
- (g)any costs above the travel package value.
Any alcohol served during the Trip is incidental to the hospitality. It is served only to guests of legal drinking age in that country, at Mummu's or the venue's discretion and subject to responsible service of alcohol laws. Alcohol is not a component of the Prize.
Minor changes to the Trip's itinerary, route, guides or inclusions made by Mummu, and changes to a race made by its organiser (such as a stage being shortened, rerouted, neutralised or delayed), do not change the Prize.
12. Choosing, booking and taking the Trip
After the winner claims the Prize, efex will put the winner in touch with Mummu. The winner chooses the Trip from the European cycling trips Mummu offers at the time of booking, in any European country Mummu travels to. Trips, departure dates and prices depend on Mummu's availability.
The winner must choose and book the Trip with Mummu by 11:59pm AEDT Tuesday 30 November 2027, and the Trip must be completed by Saturday 30 September 2028.
The Prize can be used for one Trip only. It cannot be split across more than one trip, booking or departure date.
If the winner does not book the Trip by the booking deadline in clause 12.2, the Prize is forfeited and no compensation is payable.
The Guest must be aged 18 or over and must travel with the winner on the same Trip and dates. The winner must give Mummu the Guest's details, and proof of the Guest's age if requested, when booking.
Once the Trip is booked, any change requested by the winner or Guest is subject to Mummu's booking terms, and any change fees are at the winner's cost. If the winner cancels a booked Trip, the Prize is forfeited and no compensation is payable.
The winner and Guest must each hold travel insurance that meets Mummu's requirements, including cover for road cycling, personal injury, medical costs, loss of or damage to property, and cancellation, and must provide proof of it before departure.
The winner and Guest must each hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the Trip's return date, and are responsible for meeting the entry requirements of every country on the itinerary or in transit. If either of them is refused travel or entry, the unused parts of the Prize are forfeited.
When booking, the winner and Guest must accept Mummu's booking terms (mummucycling.com/terms). The Prize is also subject to the conditions of accommodation and other service providers, and to the ticket and venue conditions of any event organiser on the itinerary. The winner and Guest may need to sign Mummu's participation terms or waiver, and follow its Safety Guide, before taking part in guided rides.
Mummu's trips have different difficulty levels. The winner should choose a Trip that suits their own and their Guest's fitness and cycling experience. The winner and Guest must follow the safety directions of Mummu, its guides and event officials, and must wear a helmet when riding. Mummu may exclude a person from a ride, or refuse their participation, if it considers them unsafe or disruptive. If that happens, the unused parts of the Prize are forfeited.
The departure airport, flight routing, carrier, travel dates and fare availability will be arranged with Mummu having regard to the winner's chosen Trip and the travel package value. The winner and Guest are responsible for travel between their home and the international airport in the Australian capital city nearest the winner’s home, or another Australian airport agreed with Mummu unless Mummu confirms otherwise in the booking. They must arrive in time for the Trip to start. If they miss any part of the Trip because of travel delays or missed connections for which efex and Mummu are not responsible, the unused parts are forfeited, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If the Guest cannot travel after the Trip is booked, the winner may nominate a replacement Guest who meets these Terms, subject to Mummu's requirements. Any name-change fees are at the winner's cost.
The winner and Guest are responsible for their own conduct during the Trip and for any costs arising from it.
During the Trip, the winner and Guest may be filmed or photographed by event organisers, broadcasters and Mummu, as set out in Mummu's booking terms.
13. Delivery of the Prize
Within 28 days of the draw (or of the unclaimed prize draw in which the winner was drawn), efex will deliver the Prize by arranging for Mummu to give the winner written confirmation of the travel package, and by paying the $1,000 spending money under clause 11.5. The confirmation will be in the winner's name and will state the travel package value, the booking deadline and the date by which the Trip must be completed.
Travel documents for the Trip will be issued by Mummu according to its usual schedule before departure.
The travel services that make up the Prize are supplied by Mummu and other service providers, not by efex.
14. General Prize conditions
The Prize is awarded to the winner personally and not to their employer, business, company, partnership or other organisation. It cannot be transferred by the winner to their employer or used as a credit against goods or services supplied by efex. The Prize is otherwise not transferable or exchangeable. Apart from the $1,000 spending money, it cannot be taken as cash. No substitute prize will be provided, except as required by law.
Any part of the Prize, or of the travel package value, that is not used is forfeited. No compensation is payable for unused parts or unused value.
The winner should seek their own advice about any tax implications of winning the Prize.
15. Cancellation, postponement or non-supply of the Trip
This clause applies if, after the Trip is booked and before departure, Mummu cancels or postpones the Trip for reasons beyond efex's control. Examples include natural disasters, pandemics, security threats, industrial action, or Australian Government travel advice of "Do not travel" for a country on the itinerary.
If this happens, efex will take reasonable steps to arrange with Mummu for the winner to choose either the same Trip on new dates or another available Mummu European cycling trip, up to the travel package value. The new Trip must be completed by the date in clause 12.2 or a later date Mummu agrees.
If the Trip is cut short or changed after departure for reasons beyond efex's control, no compensation is payable for parts of the Prize not provided, except as required by law or provided by Mummu or the winner's travel insurance.
If Mummu is unable or unwilling to provide the Trip for any reason (including insolvency), or no alternative Trip under clause 15.2 can be completed, efex will deal with the Prize as directed by the relevant regulators.
16. Privacy and marketing
efex collects entrants' personal information, including entry form responses and information provided in bonus activities, to conduct the Promotion. This includes checking eligibility, conducting the draw, contacting the winner, awarding and delivering the Prize, publishing the winner's details under clause 10, and meeting legal and regulator requirements. efex stores entries, including entry form responses and information provided in bonus activities, in its customer relationship management system (Salesforce) as part of its customer records.
If you do not provide the personal information requested, you cannot enter.
efex may disclose personal information to its service providers (such as online form, IT, email and customer relationship management providers, including Salesforce) and to regulators. For the winner and Guest only, efex will disclose the information needed to deliver the Prize to Mummu and, through Mummu, to accommodation and other service providers and event organisers. Some of these recipients are located overseas, including in the European countries on the winner's chosen Trip.
efex will not give entrants' personal information to Mummu for its marketing. Mummu handles the winner's and Guest's information under its own privacy policy.
By entering, you agree that efex may use your personal information to contact you by email, phone or SMS with news and offers about efex’s products, services and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our messages or by contacting efex. Unsubscribing does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.
efex's privacy policy at https://it.efex.com.au/winatrip/privacypolicy explains how efex handles personal information and how you can access or correct it or make a complaint.
17. Verification and disqualification
efex may check the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any entrant, the winner and the Guest.
efex may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, gives false or misleading information, enters fraudulently or by automated means, breaches these Terms, or acts in a disruptive, threatening or unlawful way in connection with the Promotion.
If efex does not enforce any of its rights at any time, it has not given up those rights.
18. Cancellation, suspension or changes to the Promotion
If the Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond efex's reasonable control (including tampering, fraud, technical failure or unauthorised intervention), efex may cancel, suspend, end or change the Promotion, subject to any direction or approval from the relevant state and territory regulators.
Once the Promotion has started, efex will not change these Terms or cancel the Promotion without the prior approval of each regulator whose approval is required.
efex will publish any notice of cancellation, suspension or change on the Promotion's terms and conditions page at it.efex.com.au/winatrip/terms.
19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded (Non-excludable Rights).
Subject to the Non-excludable Rights, efex and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered in connection with the Promotion or the Prize, including from technical problems, the acts or omissions of Mummu, airlines or other service providers, or taking part in cycling activities. This does not apply to the extent the loss, damage or injury is caused by efex's negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.
20. Mummu's role
Mummu supplies the Prize. The Promotion is run by efex, and Mummu is not the promoter. The Mummu name and logo are used with Mummu's permission.
21. General
efex's decision on any matter relating to the Promotion is final, to the extent the law allows.
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the rest of these Terms will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, subject to the trade promotion laws of each state and territory.
Questions or complaints about the Promotion can be directed to efex on 1300 376 347 or hello@efex.com.au.
